Astgenne
Translation Credits: Jetroyz and Iana
In her eyes, the stars are no more than shadows, of a time and place immemorial.
They remember not the past, nor do they signify of the future.
She would no longer look up towards the stars as her kin do.
Instead, she cast her gaze towards the great hulking beasts of metal upon the horizon, with all the science and advancement which they embody.
She left the nest, taking her own path.
A path of unending exploration and discovery.
She had been prepared, young as she was, to explore the unknown, to embrace the future.
She is Elina, the guiding light.
She is also Astgenne, the genesis of the stars.
For light shall always cast itself upon the darkened clouds.
And the origin is destined to march towards finality.
No matter what those that look upon her may refer to her by, they will all come to know -
That she is indeed her very namesake.

First Impressions
Note: These are first impressions and based on conjecture since we don’t know the exact details.
Astgenne, Astesia's sister, will be the next Caster [Chain]. This archetype was quite underwhelming when it was first released. Since then, however, a series of buffs and good modules have made the archetype Operators much more viable. Astgenne's kit is focused on multi target damage. Her talent increases her attack speed over time after deploy. Both of her skills increase the number of targets, with skill one focusing on consistent damage, and skill two on burst while increasing attack range. Her kit seems well geared towards pure-damage multi enemy wave clearing, but with the number of strong options already available, this is a very hard role for a 5 star to break into the meta.
