Name: Kafka
-------------
"Is there something you want from Kafka... hey, don't say it out loud in front of so many people. Just think of me as a normal gardener."
-------------
A short Liberi girl who's always grinning. A former Columbian gardener who followed Mountain to Rhodes Island. She didn't intend to stay at first, but joined Rhodes Island in the end after Silence's request. Agile and quick-witted, she's active in many kinds of steal missions. Her behavior is filled with an act of cuteness that's easily seen through, and she herself doesn't mind that at all. However she hates being treated like a kid due to her height, and will quickly get mad.
-------------
Kafka is a 5★ Fast-Redeploy Specialist that can inflict Sleep, become Invisible, and deal Arts Damage!
Talents and Skills
Archetype: Fast-Redeploy Specialist
Trait: Significantly reduced Redeployment Time
Talent: When Kafka's passive skills are active, increase ATK, reduce Block Count to 0 and gain [Invisible]
Skill 1: For several seconds after deployment, Kafka stops attacking and inflicts [Sleep] (invincible + cannot take action) to all nearby ground enemies. When the skill ends, inflict a certain amount of Arts damage to all nearby ground enemies.
Skill 2: After deployment, immediately deal a certain amount of Arts damage to all enemies in the tiles ahead of self. Thereafter, continuously deal single target Arts attacks to ground enemies for a certain period.
First Impressions
Note: These are first impressions and based on conjecture since we don’t know the exact details.
Kafka represents some new utility in the Fast-Redeploy tool belt. She'll be one of the few Operators that can inflict Sleep (Blemishine perks up!), and will be the first of her Archetype to offer Arts Damage to take on high DEF targets.
The biggest question mark for me at this point is her Talent. Reducing her Block Count to 0 and becoming Invisible wil certainly increase her survivability, especially against hard-hitting high-DEF enemies. However, it also means she can't block or stall them, which means if you are trying to use her as an assassin, the target might need to be stopped or blocked to get much DPS time before it passes through her. It does look like S2 has some range on it, so this could mitigate this issue somewhat depending on its range.
Overall, she seems to be an interesting addition that will find use as part of a smart-doc's arsenal.
