Arknights CN: New Operator Announcement - Shamare: Skills, Talent, Art, GIFs

The newest Operator to join the ranks has been announced for CN!  Here are some things to note:

1. It is not a Guard!
2. I feel like I've seen this LoLi somewhere before...

[Shamare] is a 5★ Supporter of the Debuffer Archetype for Rhodes Island.  She deals Arts Damage, lowers enemy ATK and DEF, increases enemy DMG taken, carries a terrifying knife-wielding teddy, and wears a questionably revealing teddie.

Trait: Attacks deal Arts damage.

Talent 1: When enemies within attack range have less than x% HP, apply 【Weakening】 effect (damage taken is increased)(among similar buffs, strongest buff takes effect)

Skill 1:  Increase Attack, increase damage taken effect of talent is strengthened. Unlimited duration.

Skill 2: Obtain 1 curse doll (can store maximum of 1) Curse doll will reduce Attack and Defense of nearby enemies, and self-destruct after a certain duration.

Note: These are first impressions and based on conjecture since we don’t know the exact details. 

Shamare joins the Fluffster Pramanix (5★) as the second Operator in the Debuffer Supporter Archetype. I expect that her Talent will be very similar to the Pramanix's Talent, Weakening:

Her S1 increases her ATK and increases the effect of her Talent and has unlimited duration.  Generally, Supporter Classes don't have great ATK stats to begin with, so how useful this part of it is will depend a lot on her personal ATK stat and the magnitude of the buff. Increased Damage Taken debuffs are rather uncommon, so it seems likely that, with the increase from this Talent, she will provide one of the strongest, if not the strongest, debuff of this type in the game, though it will only apply to damaged enemies (we will have to wait for exact numbers).  It will be interesting to see if Skill is active from deployment, or if it has an activation requirement.

With S2, her teddy reduces ATK and DEF of enemies within its range, and self-destructs after a duration.  It is not clear to me if the teddy can be placed anywhere, if there are restrictions on its placement, of if it is always placed directly in front of her (as seen in the image).  How good this Skill is will depend on its exact mechanics and final details.
