Ceobe is a 6★ Caster Operator, with the following abilities:

Trait: Deals Arts Damage

Talent 1: When attacking, deal additional Arts damage equal to a percentage of the enemy's Defense.

Skill 1: Increase the ATK of the next attack. Prioritizes an unblocked enemy and binds them for several seconds. Can store charges.

Skill 2: Attack Interval decreases. Prioritizes the enemy with the highest Defense.

Skill 3: ATK increases and range expands. Damage type changed to physical damage. Prioritizes the enemy with the lowest Defense and seals their special abilities for several seconds.
