In the upcoming version update, Maintheme Tuning System will be implemented including three parts: [Combat Environment Selection], [Untiring Inspiration] and [Unsinged Notebook]
Combat Environment Selection
1. Select Combat Environment
When you cleared the first story stage, you will be able to select a combat environment and free to switch later. Different combat environment has effect on difficulty and rewards.
The combat environments are divided into three types:
[Storyline Experience]
- Easier combat environment
- First time reward only contains mats
- [Storyline Experience] can only unlock the [Storyline Experience] in next chapter
- [Storyline Experience] won't consume sanity
- No stage droppings except from first time reward
[Conventional Operations]
- Normal combat experience
- First time reward includes Originite Prime
- Consume sanity, and 1 will be reduced when fail in [Conventional Operations]
- [Conventional Operations] contains stage droppings
[Ordeal Grounds]
More challenging combat experience
First time reward includes Originite Prime
Includes extra super hard stages
In [Ordeal Grounds], some stages have different terrain and enemies
Consume sanity, and 1 will be reduced when fail in [Ordeal Grounds]
[Conventional Operations] contains stage droppings
Extra super hard stages "Precipitous Battle" will be included. The leader enemies will gain more powerful extra ability as you go deeper.
After the implementation of [Maintheme Tuning], [Storyline Experience] mode will be added to the episode 9 [Stormwatch]. If you already cleared the [Conventional Operations] mode before, you can get the corresponding rewards in [Storyline Experience] mode with one-click.
After the implementation of [Maintheme Tuning], clear the stage under the certain combat environment will unlock the corresponding combat environment of the next stage. When prts detected that you haven't get 3-stars in modes with lower difficulties, Combat Difficulty Compatible will be enabled automatically.
Under the [Combat Difficulty Compatible] state, challenging the stage will consume the sanity required in current environment and easier environment. The result will be synced across environments and you can obtain the rewards from current environment and easier environment.
[Unsigned Notebook]
"Shatter Point" includes [Unsigned Notebook] with extra rewards and stories. You can unlock the rewards by challenging stages under different combat environments.
When you cleared the checkpoint stage, you can obtained rewards in current environment and easier environment. You can obtain maintheme reward operator "Heidi" and "Heidi"'s trust token from [Unsigned Notebook].
[Untiring Inspiration]
New feature [Untiring Inspiration] will be available in the first two weeks after the update. Players will get full sanity refund when fail in challenging uncleared stages in "Shatter Point".
