CC#6 for March 1st?
Record Restore is a feature released on August 26th in the Chinese server which gave newer players access to rewards from side-story events long gone starting with the Heart of Surging Flame event, and adding more as time goes on.
This update also came with the dreaded sixth season of the endgame event Contingency Contract, Operation Wild Scales.
How does this confirm anything?
Our servers were already suspicious of the date this event was going to occur in, but the official Twitter accounts for Arknights relayed conflicting information about the dates (either late February or early March), while a Korean datamine seemed to suggest it would happen on March 1st.
Thanks to the Record Restore button being preemptively added to the Heart of Surging Flame side-story event page, we can confirm that this update (and in all likelihood Wild Scales) will be dropping in 6 days, on March 1st as the datamines suggested.
