UPDATE: Confirmation now for EN as well.

Arknights for JP and KR have both confirmed the upcoming arrival of the Halloween Kroos Outfit Store Skin.  This almost certainly means that the rumors were true, and on the 8th the Halloween Skins for Kroos, Nightingale, and Warfarin will be available for purchase, as well as the Halloween Furniture Theme in the Furniture Store.
