First Impressions
Note: These are first impressions and based on conjecture since we don’t know the exact details.
Suzuran with be the third Operator to provide the [Weakening] debuff, the others being Pramanix and Shamare. It seems likely Suzuran's Talent will be very similar, if not exactly the same. She will be the first Slower Supporter to grant this effect, which will be great for strategies that want to CC and burn high HP enemies rather than block them.
Her S2 looks quite interesting, as it is a permanent multi-larget slow. This makes her much better than Angelina in situations where you want constant multi-target constant slowing, as it doesn't have the down-time like Angelina's S3.
Suzuran's S3 seems quite interesting and does a lot of things, but i wonder if it will suffer from the "jack of all trades, Master of none" problem. While the healing is certainly welcome, it doesn't necessarily synergize with the desire to increase dps through weakening, or slowing enemies (as often when you are slowing enemies you aren't taking damage from them). A true AoE slow is definitely welcome, though, as is a way to enhance the weakening effect. We'll have to wait to see the numbers and it's effect in practice to see how it ultimately plays out.
