Arknights: Half Anniversary Update - Free 10 Pull! Nian! SilverAsh! Ancient Forge! And More!

More details and confirmations for the next part of the Half Anniversary have been revealed with the Half Anniversary Stream on JP and further datamine information.

Free 10 pull and more!

For those gunning for Nian, every pull can help, and we'll be getting a free 10 pull when the banner drops!  We will also be getting additional HH Tickets, and although the exact details have not been confirmed, it will very likely look something like this:

The Ancient Forge Event will also be coming on July 29th.  This event includes free event Operator Snowsant, Skins for Ch'en, Liskarm, and Swire, a new Furniture theme, and new Event Operations!

A Sign-In event wil run from 7/29 to 8/12 and will award materials, a headhunting ticket, a new Jessica Skin, and [Half Year Anniversary Red Envelopes]

[Half Year Anniversary Red Envelope] Usage Guide:

• The first Envelope used will give 800 Orundum
• The rest of the Envelopes will give a random amount of Orundum (200/300/500/800)

What we have been speculating has now been confirmed!  Count your Orundum and finish your summoning shrine, because Arknights' first Limited Operator [Nian] is coming on the 29th!  (Oh, and also Hung and the much maligned Aak).

• The new Operator 【Nian】 can only be obtained from this 【Limited Recruitment】 and will not be added to any 【Standard Recruitment】
• The new operators 【Aak】 and 【Hung】 will be permanently added to other 【Standard Recruitment】 pools besides the event recruitment after the banner ends.

【Limited Recruitment】 Explanation

• 【Limited Recruitment】 has the same pity mechanic as 【Standard Recruitment】 where the chance for a 6* increases by 2% for every roll after 50 consecutive rolls without 6*.
• 【Limited Recruitment】 does not share the same pity meter as 【Standard Recruitment】. They will have separate counters.
• Pity meter from 【Limited Recruitment】 will be lost after the recruitment ends. It will not carry over to the next 【Limited Recruitment】.
• A pity "Spark" System was added to the 2nd Limited Banner run (it did not apply to this particular banner the first time it was run on CN).  There has been no official announcement yet on whether this banner will have the spark pity system or not.
