"Hello, Doctor. Uh I'm not here to cause trouble, I'm, mm, learning, right, I'm here to learn. Gavial is already here, I can't just stay home alone, right."
-------------
Tomimi, an Archosauria from the Acajutla area, Gavial's childhood friend, and also the "Gavial's Will" tribe's current chief. She's good tempered, understanding of others, and doesn't at all have the air of a chief, but no one in the tribe will challenge her authority. She has been receiving information outside of the Acajutla area via messenger services, and can communicate with people outside the area without problems.
Because she didn't want to separate with Gavial, so when Gavial returned to Rhodes Island, Tomimi became an operator right after.
TL Notes: location name translated phonetically

Tomimi is a 5★ ST Caster whose damage type changes to Physical with a shorter attack range when her Skills are active. Her Skills offer DPS or intermittent crowd control options. She will be the welfare event Operator in the upcoming Summer Event.

First Impressions
Note: These are first impressions and based on conjecture since we don’t know the exact details.
Tomimi's niche appears to be that of a Ranged Physical/Arts damage hybrid. She will not be the first Caster to offer a Physical damage option, as Ceobe S3 does the same without the Range penalty, though as a welfare Event Operator Tomimi will certainly be more accessible. Also, there is no shortage of Physical damage Operators that have Arts damage abilities. The question for Tomimi will be what her Skill-active attack range ends up being, and, of course, her various modifiers.
Also, the RNG of S2 seems like it could be more of a drawback than a benefit. When a doctor needs AoE, Stun, or single-target DPS, they will probably be more inclined to choose an Operator with Skills that supply the specific utility, rather than hope for good RNG. Though Skills like this can be fun in some situations, they can be frustrating and unreliable as well.
