Standard Pool 18 has the return of Skadi and Siege on rate-up, with Siege available for purchase in the shop. Siege is a strong Skill-DP-Recovery Vanguard that was the third most-used Operator in CN for the upcoming CC#0, and is well worth the certs, especially if you don't have other strong Vanguards. Provence will be the 5 Star for purchase, famous for her fluffy tail and boss-annihilation. Although a strong Operator in her own right, she is not a high meta choice, and has not seen high usage in CC. Specter and Texas, however, are both strong units that can provide valuable functionality.
