[Cutter] is a 4 Star Dualstrike Guard that appears on the [Past Illusion] banner along with 6 Star Fast-Redeploy Specialist [Phantom], 5 Star Debuffer Supporter [Shamare] and 5 Star AoE Medic Ptilopsis:
