The next global standard pool banner will feature Weedy and Shining as the rate-up 6 Stars, with Weedy making her first appearance for purchase in the Cert shop! Many players were predicting that Phantom would be the next "first chance to purchase" 6-Star, so this might be a bit unexpected for those that were trying to plan ahead. 5 Stars on rate-up will be Specter, Nightmare, and Lappland, with Nightmare being available for purchase for the second time.
