The Cerberus and the Spark Plug
Ceobe
They say all good things come in threes, and this Cerberus couldn’t agree more. She has 6 Stars (a multiple of 3), is a Caster (6 letters, multiple of 3), has a birthday of 03/03, has 3 years of combat experience, has a base E0 range of 3x3, claims she can "hit three people at once, swift and true", is 153 cm tall, and, well, I can’t come up with anything else, but her E2 art has 3 cool looking heads in it… :3

Trait: Deals Arts Damage.
Talent 1 - Whittling - When attacking, deal additional Arts damage equal to 40% of the enemy's Defense.
-
A nice bonus for a class whose specialty is killing high-Defense enemies.
Talent 2 - Lone Journey - When there are no allies in the 4 adjacent tiles, Attack +8% and Attack speed +8
-
Meditate and destroy. Abilities with these types of restrictions can be annoying sometimes, but can usually be worked around more often than not.
Skill 1 - "Very Cold Tomahawk"
- A solid atk_scale multiplicative ATK buff with a built-in 3 second CC and a low SP Cost. Not bad for a base skill. With a 1.6s base Attack Interval, she’ll be able to use this every 3-4 attacks, and build up charges during downtime.
Skill 2 - "Very Hot Blade"
- A large multiplicative increase in Attack Speed with a long duration and a reasonable cooldown. The tremendous attack rate increase and high defense priority combined with Ceobe's bonus damage talent makes this skill an on-demand armored boss melter.
Skill 3 - "Very Heavy Spear"
- Ceobe better watch her back. I’m not so sure I would feel very safe trying to butt-in on Lappland’s utility role. For players who pull Ceobe, though, it is a good thing. Special ability seal can be very powerful and useful tool in difficult content. Add that to an extended Gitano-esque range, a decent Base Attack Buff, and a hella-long duration, and you have yourself an E2 worthy addition to her repertoire. The damage type switches to physical and prioritizes low Defense enemies, the right combo for maximizing damage and shredding squishies. Seems like a nice rather unique ability for a Caster, but whether it is overall a good or bad thing is more than my smol brain can comprehend.
Leizi
To see the full details of Leizi’s abilities, don’t be lazy for Leizi, and check out her Operator Page. For the purposes of this overview, we will consider her at maximum skill level, E2, Pot 1 details.
Trait: Deals Arts Damage that bounces between up to 3 enemies. Each bounce reduces the damage dealt by 25% and inflicts slow for a short duration. Increases to 4 enemies at Elite 2.
-
Chain Lightning multi-enemy attack that inflicts Slow as well! Sexy!
Talent 1 - Uninterrupted Passage - When attacking unblocked enemies, increase Attack to 120%
- A very nice atk_scale multiplicative ATK buff that pairs well with her ability to Slow. Not very useful for heavy tank-and-spank maps, but with proper positioning a Talent that can get some good use.
Skill 1 - Attack Up 𝝲
- Standard fare Skill 1 Base Attack Buff.
Skill 2 - Lightning Omen
-
Ramps up her multi-attack damage capabilities by eliminating the damage reduction on bounces and adding a decent base attack steroid. While being manually triggered and having a decent duration is good for timing it with swarm rushes, the cooldown after the first use is painfully long for what it does.
