Arknights CN: New Operator Spotlight - Purestream: Skills, Talent, Art, GIFs

As part of the ongoing Event to raise awareness and funding for the support and habitat protection of the domestic Yangtze Finless Porpoise and Snow Leopard, players will be able to buy a special Pack that contains 4★ Operator Purestream.  Profit from the Pack sales will be donated to the  [Shenzhen One Earth Nature Foundation (OPF)].  The Pack will be for sale for a limited time, and Purestream will be added to the Recruitment Pool at a later date.

The newest aquatic addition arrives in Rhodes Island channeling the power of the porpoise.  Sporting Ch'en-style double pony tails, a sci-fi hat/headpiece/idkWhatThatIs combination, and a dress made for splashing around in, the cute little Medic carries a big stick, has a huge range, and hides some burst potential in a small frame.

Trait: Has a larger healing range, although the amount healed is reduced for farther targets to 70%.

• Not a bad tradeoff, especially if used in a support-healing capacity.

Talent 1 - Rapid Healing - After healing a target, grants Special Resistance for 2 (4 at E2) Seconds (reduces the duration of enemy stuns, chills, and freeze by 50%)

• A niche, but potentially useful effect

Skill 1 - Healing Wave

• A true AoE heal for Operators in her range, with a strong multiplicative ATK buff.  SP Cost is a little high, but still reasonable, and the Manual Trigger means it can be used when it is needed most. 

Skill 2 - Surging Spring

• Purestream bathes the Operators in her range with a soothing spa mist, rapidly healing random targets at a reduced amount.  There is no denying the output potential of this skill, but the random target selection is not thrilling. Positioning could potentially be used to reduce the possible targets and thus limit the randomness.  The duration is ok, but the cooldown seems a bit on the high side.
