Operator Overview
"Ahahah... I am Specter, that is what the spirits call me... That kind doctor informed me that I may only receive further treatment by serving Rhodes Island... Yes, of course, my powers are yours to command."
The mentally unstable nun of Rhodes Island and The Abyssal Hunters' finest killing machine, Specter prowls the battlefield looking for her next prey. Specter is an AoE Guard who specializes in Survival and damage output. The number of enemies she can attack simultaneously is equal to her block number, which is two targets at base level, increasing to three upon promotion to elite 2.
Specter’s playstyle is all about dishing out damage. Her first Skill: Attack up Y, increases her already good ATK, but it is her second skill: Bone Fracture, that truly makes her unique. It triggers her mental instability and she refuses to die for the duration of the Skill while increasing her ATK. The drawback to immortality is that once she regains her consciousness, Specter becomes incapacitated, and is unable to block or attack until she recovers (this can also prevent her from dying immediately when her immortality wears off, however, so it isn't all bad). Her E2 Talent, Abyssal Regeneration, also aids her survival and recovery by restoring a percentage of her Max HP every second (also quite useful for stages with "poison fog" that damages all Operators over time)
Like all AoE Guards, Specter pays for her increased damage potential with a higher Deployment Cost, making her harder to get into battle on maps with tight DP constraints, and a less valuable play if her AoE cannot be fully utilized. Despite her drawbacks, Specter has high ATK and can do some serious damage. In the hands of an experienced Doctor, her high damage potential and tactical undeath can help lead the team to victory. This is one crazy nun you want on your squad... Just don't get on her nerves.

AoE Guards are the exception to the “What they gain at E2” rules. Upon promotion to E2, on top of their other improvements, they gain the ability to block an extra enemy (from 2 to 3). Since their trait allows them to hit the number of enemies equal to their block amount, this represents a potential butt-kicking increase of 50%. That is a significant increase, and is why AoE guards (like poor “Tier-Lists-Don’t-Exist-In-AK” Savage) often get overlooked and discarded at lower promotion levels.

Specter's S2 is the strongest 5★ Mastery in the game. It massively increases her damage and is required to effectively use her for helidrop immortality. Even despite her popular higher rarity counterpart, Specter continues to be one of the best units in the game, and S2M3 is a big reason why. Nothing else can do what Specter's S2 does and it absolutely should be maximized.
