Pudding is a 4★ Chain Caster that will be added tot he Shop Voucher (Red cert) shop. She can bounce her attacks between the same enemies.
Talents and Skills
Archetype: Chain Caster
Trait: Attacks deal Arts damage and jump between multiple enemies. Each jump deals less damage and inflicts a brief Slow
Talent 1: Increase ATK
Skill 1: Increase ASPD
Skill 2: Increase ATK, attacks can bounce between the same enemies
First Impressions
Note: These are first impressions and based on conjecture since we don’t know the exact details.
Pudding joins the game as the first 4 Star Chain Caster, joining 5 star Leizi, and 6 Star Passenger. Being available for purchase with Shop Vouchers (red certs), Pudding will be a member of this archetype that is available to ALL players, since the other 2 are dacha-only.
Chain Casters are a notoriously under-tuned Archetype, with their high DP costs, slow attack speeds, generally underwhelming DPS potential, and attack mechanic limitations. Pudding's kit attempts to address some of this: her S1 increases her ASPD, and her S2 allows for bouncing between enemies that have already been hit once. S2 will certainly make it easier for her to max the number of bounces she can get. However, it seems very unlikely that these will be enough to make up for the failings of the Archetype as a whole. Pudding is likely to be a collection-only Operator.
