Talent 1: When receiving damage, Ulpianus recovers a certain amount of HP. When HP is below 50%, the healing effect increases
Skill 1: On the next attack, throw an anchor forwards. The anchor will drag 2 nearby enemies towards self with a certain force and deal a certain amount of Physical damage
Skill 2: When skill is activated, increase the effect of Talent 1. Block Count +1, increase Max HP and ATK. Infinite duration
Skill 3: When skill is activated, increase Max HP and ATK. Immediately throw an anchor forwards. The anchor stops when hitting a target or when it reaches the maximum distance, then deals a certain amount of Physical damage to nearby enemies and Stuns them for several seconds. If the anchor lands on a deployable tile, Ulpian moves to that tile Skill can be manually deactivated. When the skill ends, Ulpianus returns to his original tile.
