Operator Tina, codename Frost, Rainbow member, one of the witnesses to the "Watchtower 33" incident, and was registered as a Rhodes Island collaborator afterward.
The members of Rainbow mostly refrain from talking about their past experiences, and to that we won't raise any objections. After all, our collaborators have the right to keep their internal information.
Like the other members of Rainbow, Frost has excellent general combat experience, and has abilities that far exceed that of a normal Operator in areas such as squad collaboration. From the report submitted by Human Resources, Operator Frost seems to have participated in several outdoors rescue missions, and is an excellent wilderness survival expert.
-------------
[Frost] is a 5★ Trapper Specialist R6 Operator that can deploy traps that deal physical damage when triggered and either Stun (S1) or Bind (S2).

First Impressions
Note: These are first impressions and based on conjecture since we don’t know the exact details.
Frost will be only the second Trapper Specialist introduced to the game, the first being Robin. Their kits look pretty similar, with each skill causing the trap do deal physical damage and apply a from of crowd control. Frost's S1 inflicts Stun, while her S2 inflicts Bind and increases her damage against targets within her range.
Since Robin was a free welfare Operator available to all players form the [Mansfield Break] event, most players will already have access to a Trapper Specialist. Frost will introduce a Stun option, and potentially higher dps with S2, though we'll have to see the numbers to know for sure. Another option in a low-population Archetype is never a bad thing, though she doesn't appear at first look to provide massively different utility than Robin.
