"I've heard your name for long, Doctor of Rhodes Island. You can call me Gnosis. I have been wanting to see you ever since Rhodes Island established a relationship with Karlan."

"Look, is that the one from Edelweiss..."
"That Gnosis has the audacity to show up here. Bah."
"Look at his eyes. No idea why Lord Enciodas gave him such an important position, it was his parents who killed..."
"Bah, shut your mouth, talking about this on the Holy Mountain will anger Kjeragand!"
"But, his good days are about to come to an end. Lord Enciodas clearly cannot stand his actions any longer."
"Really? Has Lord Enciodas finally decided to remove him?"
"Yeah, don't you know? During last month's council, Lord Enciodas fired him on the spot..."

Gnosis is a 6★ Hexer Supporter (formerly known as Debuffer Supporter). In addition to inflicting the Fragile debuff, which is typical for the Archetype, Gnosis specializes in applying Cold and Frozen to multiple targets.
Talents and Skills
Archetype: Hexer Supporter
Trait: Deals Arts damage
Talent 1: Gnosis' attacks inflict Cold for a short duration. Cold enemies within Gnosis' Attack Range are inflicted with Fragile (effect increases when Frozen)
Skill 1: The next attack hits twice and deals a certain amount of Arts damage.
Skill 2: Deals a certain amount of Arts damage and inflicts Cold for several seconds to all enemies in Attack Range. Charged: Inflicts an additional layer of Cold.
Skill 3: Greatly increase ASPD and attacks 2 enemies simultaneously, prioritizing unfrozen enemies. While the skill is active, all Frozen enemies within Attack Range remain Frozen until the end of the skill duration. When the skill ends, deal a large amount of Arts damage to all Frozen enemies within Attack Range and remove the Frozen effect.
Status Effects
Cold: Reduce ASPD. If Cold effect is stacked, effect changes to Freeze.
Freeze: Unable to move, attack and use skills. When enemies are Frozen, RES is reduced
[Charged]: Can continue recovering SP after reaching the maximum. When SP reaches double the maximum, enters [Charged] state. Skills have additional effects when activated in [Charged] state (all SP is consumed when skill is activated)
First Impressions
Note: These are first impressions and based on conjecture since we don’t know the exact details.
Gnosis arrives as the third Hexer Supporter in the game, and the first of his rarity. This Archetype is primarily known and used for the Fragile debuff it provides, amplifying the damage taken by afflicted enemies. Gnosis will inflict the Fragile debuff to enemies in his range that are afflicted with Cold and with increased effect on enemies that are Frozen. The debuffs will be core to his impact, so the extent of the damage enhancement and ease of application will be important.
The talent of the other Hexer Supporters only applies Fragile when the enemies Max HP is less than 40%. Gnosis' Talent translation doesn't mention an HP requirement, which could massively increase its applicability. However, because it only applies to enemies inflicted with Cold or Frozen, it would be useless or less effective against enemies that are immune to these effects. It seems likely that some of the toughest enemies in the game could be immune to these effects, like they are immune to Stun, Sleep, etc. Since debuffs are often most useful against the tough enemies, this could present a troublesome limitation in the hardest content.
The rest of Gnosis' kit revolves around applying the Cold and Frozen debuffs. His Talent applies Cold on every attack, S2 applies Cold to all enemies in the Skill range (and applies Frozen if the Skill is Charged), and S3 increases his ASPD, hits 2 enemies, and prioritizes unfrozen enemies, enabling his talent to quickly Cold and Freeze multiple enemies.
S1 is a generic "double hit", though it could be deceptively useful if each hit applies the Cold debuff, effectively Freezing an enemy with each attack. S2s strength is clearly its AoE crowd control application, while S3 looks to be a combination of multi-target crowd control and burst.
With this type of Operator, the details will matter a lot for how effective he is, in terms of debuff extent/applicability, crowd control lengths, skill costs and cycle times (on top of not yet knowing what the second Talent is).
