导火索是一名少言寡语的工程专家,擅长利用爆炸物达成战术目的。在战斗测评中,导火索在人员杀伤及硬目标爆破等项目上都有上佳表现,同时也展现出了丰富的战斗经验。可以推测,他不仅是一名工程人员,同时也有相当长时间的服役经历。
需要注意的是,彩虹小队的成员与我们只是暂时合作,并不是罗德岛的正式职工,他们还有很多需要忙碌的事情,请不要过分依赖他们的力量。

导火索不常说话,但沉默不代表他没想法。恰恰相反,他的思维以灵活多变见长。在战术规划时他会尽量积极发言,但在战斗中,尤其是在应对一些突发情况时,沉默寡言的性格加上他出人意料的行动,有时会造成一些误会。
彩虹小队的队友们基本都能适应导火索的风格。不过,在导火索与其他罗德岛干员共同执行的任务中,我们仍然应该充分考虑他的性格因素,尤其是应当鼓励其他人多和这位看不到表情的闷葫芦说说话。他经常沉默得像块铁,但这块铁内部永远涌动着灵感的电流,只等一个机会就能迸出火花。

导火索是一位在战场上制造混乱并从中寻找机会的专家。就算彩虹小队最近要面对的混乱显然比他们过去习惯的更多,他还是一如既往,偶尔发言,经常沉默,总是可靠。
不过,在遇到一个两米多高的丰蹄巨汉,又目睹巨汉用铁锤砸开了他原本准备动用硬突破炸药的墙面之后,导火索看起来稍微有点消沉。他的同伴们,尤其是和罗德岛建立联系更早的灰烬等人,对此倒是持乐观态度。他们说这是“必要的适应过程”,给导火索一点时间,他会恢复常态的,说不定还能以此为契机发明出一些更惊人的东西来。

即使是沉默寡言的性格也掩盖不住导火索对罗德岛工程部的浓厚兴趣。在他自己的申请之下,工程部给他批了一个工作间。他在罗德岛上的时间至少有一半都是在那个工作间里度过的,他会在里面维护和调试自己和同伴们的武器。
不过那间工坊也产出一些其他的小玩意儿。比如上次,他把一个十一二岁的感染者小男孩救上了罗德岛。那男孩被霰射炸药的破坏力迷住了,他把自己的玩偶送给了导火索,想和导火索换一枚“玛特廖什卡”。
导火索听完陷入了沉默,然后钻进工坊折腾了一下午,傍晚时分把工作成果送到了那个男孩的病房里——那东西看起来就是个木头娃娃。
男孩看着娃娃有点泄气,但导火索用他一贯启动霰射炸药的姿势按下按钮之后,娃娃弹了出去,留下一个一模一样但是小一号的娃娃,然后又弹出去,剩下个更小的,那个更小的又弹出去......
男孩被满天飞的木头娃娃逗得直乐,觉得要个奇怪的仿制品也挺好,而导火索摸了摸男孩的头,用比平时更严肃的声音告诉他,这不是仿制品,这才是真正的“玛特廖什卡”。

【权限记录】
霰射炸药的原理很好懂,安在墙上,钻破墙壁,然后一个一个地把榴弹抛出去。完全没有难以理解的部分。听起来是不是很简单?
具体到功能的实现上,等大的源石爆炸物完全没法和霰射炸药的威力相比;钻破墙壁这种事在灰烬那时候就已经让我头大一次了,而霰射炸药要实现的目的和爆破榴弹完全不一样;还有“一个一个抛出去”的部分,如何保证源石爆炸物不会提前爆炸,把抛射变成炸墙,还不能炸得太晚,给敌人反应时间......这要是叫简单,脱光了去因非冰原跑五公里也叫简单。
越和这东西打交道,我就越对导火索这家伙的脑瓜里究竟装了什么感到怀疑。尤其是当你绞尽脑汁却一直失败,而他在旁边看了一会儿,一拍脑袋就给出一个可行方案的时候,真的是,甚至让人怀念唠叨个不停的可露希尔小姐了,她至少不会给人这么强的挫败感。
不过,当他拿着个原理简单得不行的源石能暖手宝跑来问我原理的时候,我突然觉得我们俩扯平了,哈哈!
